Relationships can heal.

The success of therapy relies on the relationship between therapist and client. It must be an authentic, safe, intentional and collaborative exchange of experiences, thoughts and emotions. Safe human to human connection fosters long-lasting healing.

I support couples with…

…communication, trust repair, trauma, connection, relational strengthening, sexual issues & connection, co-parenting & blended family challenges, recurring conflict, emotional closeness & security

In our work with your relationship, you and your partner will both feel heard, seen and understood as I explore both perspectives, serving as a translator for your emotional needs, identifying the co-created patterns that have blocked a deeper connection. You’ll discover the origins of pain, and how these raw spots get poked at in your most important relationships. As this pain is brought to the surface, we all develop individual ways of protecting ourself from this discomfort. These protective strategies may protect us as individuals, while creating distance in your relationship. We will break down these barriers, identify harmful coping strategies in your relationship, and make space for underlying emotions. As emotional awareness increases, so will your ability to turn towards one another, rather than against.

As you leave each session you will feel one step closer to a deeper self awareness and understanding of your loved one. Ultimately, working towards a new level of intimacy and fulfillment in your relationship.

I support individuals with…

…anxiety, self-worth, people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship issues, healing from old emotional wounds & attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, finding purpose & authentic self

In my work with adult individuals, I will be alongside you with a warm presence providing empathy and compassion. I have an intentional and skilled approach in listening to your experiences, present and past, and how they have influenced who you are today. Using your inherent strengths, I will guide you in unearthing any buried pain to facilitate healing. We explore your internal world of emotions, patterns of thinking and relating to others that have been shaped by the experiences and events in your life. Identifying these patterns allow us to look at their origins, uncovering the deep buried pain underneath the surface.

As healing begins, a deeper understanding of your authentic self is discovered. A grounded sense of self allows for more satisfying relationships, effective communication and emotional connection with others. As you have a clearer understanding of yourself, we will create a path towards authentic living through growth, self-acceptance, and love, free of fear, shame, or loneliness.

Good Faith Estimate

On January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act" which requires health care providers to render a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) for private pay care (those who are not using insurance nor will seek reimbursement from insurance). The GFE works to show the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs. The estimate is based on information known at the time it is created and is good until January 1st of the following year. The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur and will be provided a new GFE should this occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill if you and your therapist have not previously talked about the change and you have not been given an updated GFE. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan, coverage, or a Federal health care program, or who are not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request, or at the time of scheduling health care items and services to receive a GFE of expected charges.
